Baked Potatoes formed in April 2013 on campus at SUNY Oneonta. The six piece reggae-rock group has since been polishing their sound, shaped by heavy guitars & smooth horns. While studying Music Industry, the band self-released & recorded two EPs utilizing the school’s campus studios. With their release of Loaded last year, Baked Potatoes have graduated academically & musically.  Baked Potatoes has been compared to Reel Big Fish, Slightly Stoopid, Phish, & The Expendables, among others of their ska, reggae, & punk influences.

Recorded at SubCat Studios in Syracuse, NY, Loaded was tracked & mixed by engineer Jeremy Johnston & mastered by Patrick MacDougall whose credits list includes SuperHeavy & Yes among many others.  It reached its peak charting position at #9 on the Relix/Jambands chart.  Now with a bigger horn section and the addition of a new keyboardist, Baked Potatoes is a group that is sure to put a smile on your face.
