Bio:

With millions of Spotify streams and a signature blend of organic and electronic elements, Gamblers has cemented itself as a force in modern indie music. Their breakout single, “Another Dose” (featuring Mick Jenkins), catapulted their 2022 remix EP, When We Exit, into the spotlight, earning critical acclaim and a dedicated fanbase. Their genre-bending sound has been featured on Sirius XM’s “Underground Garage” and covered in PopMatters, Under the Radar, Paste Music, Earmilk, and more.

Led by founder and bandleader Michael McManus, Gamblers transform life’s complexities into electrifying, hook-laden anthems. Their latest album, Pulverizer, expands their sonic horizons, fusing indie-pop, funk, and disco into a high-energy, groove-driven collection. With Johnny Hoblin’s precision drumming and Jimmy Usher’s sharp pop instincts, their live performances deliver a captivating experience that is as polished as it is heartfelt.

Now, Gamblers is stepping boldly into the future, with 2025 set to be their biggest year yet. Freshly signed to Curators, the label founded by the former head of Kitsuné (Two Door Cinema Club, Bloc Party, Daft Punk, Mark Ronson, Phoenix), the band is entering a new era of boundless creative evolution. Their latest single, “I’ll Be Your Boogeyman,” is a haunting yet infectious indie-pop gem that showcases their knack for melding nostalgia with undeniable hooks.

With influences spanning The Beach Boys to Mobb Deep, Gamblers is redefining indie music on their own terms. Fresh off a sold-out benefit show at The Spotlight, the band is poised to release a wave of new music, tour nationally, and make 2025 their most transformative year yet.
